Muhammad Maaz, MD, at St Mary’s Pain Relief Specialists

Muhammad Maaz, MD, has joined the team at St Mary’s Pain Relief Specialists and is accepting new patients.

Dr. Maaz received his medical degree from Dow Medical College at the Dow University of Health Sciences in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and his fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

Dr. Maaz uses a multimodal approach to care for his patients, employing strategies such as medication management, targeted physical therapy and interventional procedures. He utilizes a number of minimally invasive techniques, including intra-articular joint injections, nerve blocks and ablations and spinal cord stimulator implants.
