Home Health
St. Mary's Home Health Service provides care for patients who require intermittent skilled care and are homebound due to an injury or illness.
St. Mary’s Home Health serves patients in Cabell, Wayne, Mason, Lincoln and Putnam counties in West Virginia, and Lawrence, Gallia, Jackson, and Scioto counties in Ohio. An on-call nurse is available to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
St. Mary's Home Health Service promotes independent living by teaching health principles and home safety. Homebound individuals are assisted to promote and maintain good health.
The mission of St. Mary's Home Health Service is to provide surrounding communities with safe, optimum patient care while preserving the individual's rights and dignity.
Skilled services are provided by:
- Registered nurses
- Home health certified nurse aides
- Medical social workers
- Physical therapists
- Occupational therapists
- Speech/language pathologist
- IV therapy by registered nurses

Medicare, Workers’ Compensation, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicaid (Dept. of Human Services), United Mine Workers, self-payment and other types of insurance are accepted.
