Schedule II, III, IV or V Controlled Substances
In accordance with West Virginia law, all WV pharmacies must require a valid, government-issued photo ID from anyone purchasing Schedule II, III, IV or V controlled substances, such as prescriptions for pain, ADHD, anxiety, sleep and mood disorders. Anyone picking up these medicines for themselves or a family member at the Pharmacy must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, a passport or a DMV (non-driver’s) ID card.
Student IDs and employment badges cannot be accepted.
