Dial named Chief Physician Executive for Marshall Health Network and School of Medicine

Dr. Larry Dial

Larry D. Dial Jr., MD, has been named chief physician executive for Marshall Health Network and the vice dean for clinical affairs at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. Dr. Dial will oversee the Marshall Health clinical practices and serve as the liaison between the school of medicine and the physicians of Marshall Health Network.

 Dr. Dial most recently served as the chief clinical officer for Mountain Health Network since 2020. Prior to joining MHN, he served as the chief medical officer of Marshall Health and the vice dean of clinical affairs at the school of medicine. Dr. Dial will continue to see patients at Marshall Internal Medicine and will continue as an associate professor of medicine at the school of medicine.

Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Dial received his medical degree from the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency.
