Exciting News for Marshall Health Network Patients

Starting March 1, 2025, St. Mary’s Medical Center, HIMG, and Scott Orthopedic will transition to a new electronic health record (EHR) system. This is the same EHR that Cabell Huntington Hospital and Marshall Health adopted in October 2020.

As a result, all Marshall Health Network (MHN) locations in Huntington will now use the same platform, making your medical chart easier to access so we can more efficiently care for you regardless of where you go for care. Your physicians will have access to the same up-to-date information, streamlining your care across our network.

We apologize that registration and check-in may take a little longer while staff becomes familiar with the new system. To help reduce delays, we have added additional staff during the transition.  

What You Need to Know:

• Patients will receive notifications via their Patient Portal dashboard.
• Flyers with more information will be posted in each facility during the week of February 24, one week before the "go-live" date.
