At St. Mary's Medical Center, we serve low-income patients throughout the Tri-state region. We serve insured and non-insured patients that are at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Our goal is to make preventive health care available to all qualifying adults in the area with our team of skilled doctors and nurses.
Patients can be seen in medical, endocrinology, cardiac, and/or surgery clinics. Along with our medical services, we also provide monthly medically indicated food boxes. Through our partnership with Facing Hunger Foodbank, we provide a monthly pick up of fresh produce, meat and dry goods to patients who meet our clinic’s financial eligibility guidelines. We also have an in-house social worker that can help link patients with needed resources such as transportation, medical bills and food insecurity assistance.
Contact the clinic social worker and ask for enrollment paperwork. Potential patients must fill out our eligibility paperwork, accompanied by proof of income for the entire household (check stubs, statements from the VA, Social Security, W2 Form, quarter tax statements, etc.). If a patient needs help filling out their paperwork, they may schedule an appointment with the clinic social worker for assistance by calling 304-526-1239.
Please note that the patient must be approved by an attending physician before the appointment will be scheduled.
We do not provide services for primary mental health, pain management, urological, neurological or orthopedic care, but we will refer patients as needed to other specialty providers. Medications are not dispensed at the clinic, but prescriptions can be sent to and filled at your local pharmacy. All patients must schedule an appointment to be seen, no walk-in clinic is available.
