My Health Registration

In order to register with MyHealth online, you must have an account number from your most recent billing statement from St. Mary's Medical Center, a medical record number, or your Driver's License number. If you do not have a billing statement, a medical record number or a driver's license, you will need to register at the Medical Center at Registration.

You also must have a valid email address to register for MyHealth.

You can now view St. Mary's laboratory test results, radiology results and physician reports posted from April 1, 2013 forward.
