The career goal of the Nursing Program at St. Mary's School of Nursing is to become a Registered Nurse (RN). The Cooperative ASN Program at the school is provided through a partnership of St. Mary's School of Nursing and Marshall University. The length of program is two academic years, and the degree awarded is Associate of Science in Nursing from Marshall University.

Two classes are admitted yearly, one in August and one in January. Applicants are selected on a competitive basis. Financial Aid is available through Marshall University.

Your overall GPA and your Marshall GPA must be a 2.0 or higher to apply and enter the program; however, both GPAs must be maintained at a 2.0 or higher to remain enrolled and complete the program. Students must receive a "C" or higher in the courses below.
Clinical experience is included in ALL nursing courses.
